Meet PAIGE MORGAN PERRY | Pastry Chef, CEO

Paige has always believed that dessert should feel a little magical, and after one bite, you’ll see why! She studied Baking and Pastry Arts at Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado, where she kicked off her pastry career with an internship at Gateaux Specialty Cakes. She quickly moved up to head baker, crafting wedding and celebration cakes that were featured on the Food Network’s Sugar Rush. During her time there, the bakery was named Best Bakery in Denver three years in a row.

She’s baked in some pretty unexpected places too, like southern Alaska, where she worked as a sous chef and pastry chef at a remote fishing lodge, cooking everything from hot breakfasts to scratch-made desserts for hungry anglers.

Eventually, Paige made her way back home to Round Rock, Texas, and opened Paige’s Bakehouse with one goal in mind: to create incredible desserts and treats that bring people together. Whether it’s a birthday cake, a Friday BabyCake run, or a random craving for a brownie, she and her team put their whole hearts (and a lot of butter) into everything they make.

Paige’s Bakehouse has been featured on Cake Hunters and continues to be known for cakes that taste just as good as they look and for the kind of warm, personal service that makes you feel right at home.

Are all of your cakes/products fresh? 
Yep! All of the products and cakes from Paige's Bakehouse are made fresh daily.

Can you match the colors on our invitation? 
We work as hard as possible to match colors from invitations, swatches, and photos as possible. We cannot guarantee exact color matching unless a physical example is brought in person, otherwise we will take creative license to execute the design as we see fit.

I left a voicemail, did you get my order? 
We do not take orders over voicemail, and we cannot guarantee that we received your voicemail. We do everything in our power to call back in a timely manner, but we do suggest to call back during business hours to speak to one of our team members.

I messaged an inquiry on social media, did you get my order? 
We do not take or discuss orders over any of our social media platforms. Please call us during business hours or send an email. One of our team members will respond in a timely manner.

Do you make Gluten Free cakes? 
We now make Gluten Free cakes!!! Give us a call to discuss Gluten Free flavor options.

Do you do wedding cake tastings? 
We currently do not offer traditional tastings. However, we encourage you to stop in Monday through Friday during normal business hours so you can fill out our Wedding Inquiry Form. Once the form is filled out, we offer 4 complimentary BabyCakes for the wedding couple to eat in store or take to go.

Do I have to pay when I order?
We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all orders at the time they are placed.

Can I have a party at Paige’s Bakehouse?
We love hosting parties! Paige’s Bakehouse is the perfect place for your Baby shower, Bridal shower, Birthday party, or meeting!

What kind of icing do you use?
Paige’s uses Swiss Meringue Buttercream exclusively! It’s lighter than the more traditional American Buttercream.
